Our foundation construction with concrete walls increases the value of homes while simultaneously increasing the speed and efficiency of construction, leaving builders with a steady stream of satisfied homeowners. Rebar steel is used extensively in both the footings and the basement walls to ensure proper resistance to soil pressures and to control concrete shrinkage. All footings, from the garage down to the walkout are poured reinforced concrete.
